3 overflowing dog waste bins between Haywood Way and Vincent Road. 1 bin on Haywood Way next to the football club needs emptying and 2 more next to Vincent way and the path here. They are completely full resulting in waste being dumped on the ground . Please can these be cleared ASAP . Thank you.
