This bin store is not covered, pests keep getting into the bins and the result is rubbish being strewn all over the street and in our front gardens. I have contacted Broad Oak Mgt Ltd who informed me that they do not own the store but Catalyst Housing Association do. But Catalyst Housing Association have said they do not own the store and won't take responsibility to resolve the issue of the bins/rubbish. A built in shed area needs to be established so that the rubbish can not be spread about the St. This is attracting rats and foxes, not to mention with COVID 19 being a huge risk with other people's half eatten food and packaging being blown into our properties. Something needs to be done to resolve this issue. Whether it is a land registry plan to show who owns it? If it is the council please build a front to this store area or supply a bigger bin for the flats.
