Behind the bus shelter opposite Jackson Court

A black waste food collection bin has been left behind the bus shelter by one of the collection crews. I have pointed this out on 4 occasions over the past 4 weeks, but none of the crews are willing to remove it. There is the obvious issue of smell and also is going to encourage people to use it as a waste bin. Is it possible to send someone to remove this? Thanks.
