On Rushmere Lane (B4505) at HP5 3QY on near side of road heading towards Bovingdon about 100 yards past the telephone mast and opposite a gated entrance to a field.
Reported in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 16:50, Thu 30 July 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2223887.
The gullies were cleaned over a month ago but where the grass has grown over the kerb by about 9 inches the gully cleaning operatives failed to identify and clean the many of the over grown gullies for a considerable length of Rushmere Lane. When it rains the water remains on the surface of the road and where it accumulates it extends to the white line. As you can imagine this is a hazard for motorists and cyclists alike. Please be aware your map does not show the gullies that have been hidden by the overgrowth, these drain feed into a ditch the runs next to the field on the nearside as you head towards Bovingdon..
