Footpath DBE/3/1 On Lower Icknield Way on the Herts and Bucks border. There is a knocked over footpath finger post at the side of the road and a telegraph pole by the field entrance. The 2 large fly tip's are about 100 meters from the road and can not be seen from the road side. The dumped glass doors are being vandalised so now you have broken glass on the footpath too. This right of way footpath is on the Bucks side of the border. The amount of dumped things are too much to list (see photos)
