The pavement is uneven and not surfaced properly, to a dangerous trip-hazard degree.

Additionally the drop kerb is not properly in place along this portion of road, it is not low enough at the entrance to the development, and yet the normal curb which provides protection to pedestrians is not in place closer to the Cricket Ground.
