Next to fence and river at Bassetsbury Manor Bowls Club

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Razor wire was attached to fence between Rye park and club (both owned by Council). The wire has been removed from the top of the fence and left on the ground. It is dangerous to wildlife, dogs and children who can put their hands through the fence and touch it. Please dispose of it before someone/something gets hurt.
