Using what3 words, the location is stove.outboard.topical. There is significant mud on the road coming out of the farm entrance at the T Junction. This cause me to come off my road bike this morning casing harm to myself and my bike. There are a number of lorries using the entrance. The mud was wet on the road, due to the storms last night and the lorries picking up wet mud from the farm. There were no mud on road signs and there was no effort to clean the road or lorries as they exited. The work appears to be as a result of a Thames Water project. 3 hours after the incident the road was still in a state. Rob Fletcher from Thames Water was present at the scene. Mud on the road is dangerous
