29A Fulmer Drive, there is a ditch in front of the house , the road slopes down at this end and then road goes up. when it rains the water collects in a large puddle and does not drain. there is a manhole at the upper end at the end of Daleside which is at a higher levels water collects and does not drain.The water stays stagnant ,in winter this pool of water freezes, and has caused my car to skid once and had damage to my car.Walker by ask us to report to the council.This morning after a little rain also water collected & I enclose the photo.

It is a large area of puddle of water just after 5 mins of rain, when it rains heavily all the footpath and road, the water stagnates and does not drain for weeks. My husband Dr M T Alva has reported this problem on 3 occasions unto now.his email is alva.12@btinternet.com
