  • The repair process has identified that there is a fault with the electricity supply and an order has been issued to the relevant supplier to repair. In light of the ongoing COVID 19 crisis an element of our electricity suppliers workforce has reduced by the need for self-isolation. This regrettably means that for the immediate future some work will have to be delayed. We apologise for any possible delay in addressing your report and hope that you will understand in the circumstances.

  • Thanks for the update but there doesnt appear to have been any progress on this repair since the previous update / inspection in August 2020.

The update received today just confirmed what was already identified back in August 2020 (please see above) that there is a fault with the electricity supply and the supplier has been informed. It has now been 8 months since this update was received and we have now received the exact same update with no further progress or indication of when the light will be fixed. I understand things may be slow but 8 months is a long time and there doesnt appear to have been any progress made.
