Blocked gully which needs clearing out, please note the pin on the map is pointing to the wrong gully and I am not able to change it

Gully drain located outside Linden Court in Carrington Road is blocked as shown in photos above. Kindly note this is not the drain/gully in the middle of the road as indicated by the pin on the map. There is another gully 8 feet to the west of the gully pinpointed on this map.
