Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 20:27, Thursday 13 August 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Old and very large oak tree has shed a substantial lower branch, some of the debris has been trimmed, presumably to allow drive access for nearby homes, but main branch entirely blocking footpath so necessitating walking into the road to get round it as no footpath on the other side of the road at this point.
