Church lane car park

Both coin machines are out of order & covered but there is no signage directing customers how to pay. This has resulted in confusion as to whether payment is required or not. Clear signage needs to be installed with immediate effect or there will be penalties issued to those who have understandably assumed there is a charge suspension, followed by a subsequent torrent of complaints from those same people as the machines are out of order!
