Pothole and blocked gulley

Outside 41 Old Slade Lane. Large pothole, getting bigger with passing traffic, which is throwing up gravel onto the pavement, which is dangerous for pedestrians. It has also blocked the roadside gulley. The pothole needs to be filled, the footpath swept and the gulley cleared.
