Reported in the Grass cutting category anonymously at 12:19, Monday 24 August 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Our hedge has been damaged following the council cutting our grass verge. The hedge is completely irreparable and has left a big hole in our front hedge. No damage was reported by the council worker at the time and we would like the hedge to be replaced or compensation to do so.

  • Problem reported on Monday 24th August and no answer 5 weeks later. Our hedge was damaged and a part of the hedge ripped out following the grass verge being cut by the council. It can't be fixed without being replaced and we now have a huge hole in the hedge. I would like to be contacted on how this will be fixed or we will be compensated for getting it fixed. Thank you
