The vehicle red Toyota colorado has been parked in the allocated parking space for 18 the dell since lock down. A note was left on the car and they were going to move in 3 weeks ago but haven't. It belongs to someone who lives in a house outside of the the close. This is causing a lot of issues with the tenant of 18 the dell when they need to park their car.
