Immediately outside entrance to 24 Bierton Road
Reported in the Footpath / pavement problem category anonymously at 16:10, Wed 26 August 2020
Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later
We were walking from Aylesbury town centre towards Bierton. As we were walking, my wife stood on one of the small, square metal utility covers located outside of the entrance to No.24 Bierton Road. Unexpectedly it flipped up, causing her foot to slip into the hole and my wife to fall heavily to the floor. On closer inspection the cover flips up under very little pressure and, consequently, is dangerous.
