Oak tree outside 121 Woodside Road, Amersham
Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 13:03, Thu 27 August 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2266306.
To your response regarding our original report 40141216 we don't accept your findings.
We've been through this before about ownership and boundary and concluded some years ago(2014) with those in post at the time and have written evidence from them that this tree is outside our boundary and therefore your responsibility.
I can furnish this proof if necessary.
For example why did your team come and band the tree with no reference to us?
So this matter is not closed or resolved.
