Flooding due to low drop kerb

During heavy rain which is becoming more frequent water overwhelms the guttering swamps the drop kerb which is too low, and floods the pavement, my drive and a neighbours property causing damage. Large volumes of water come from Hale Lane which has insufficient drainage and passes down Hale Road.
