Kerb outside 38 Highfield Road

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2274900.
The kerb stone (which is next to a drain) was replaced but has been broken again by another lorry/van, also damaging the tarmac around it. The kerb stone is loose (has come away) & 2 road users have caught their tyres on it recently
