Cars listed for sale 1/4 mile away parked on residential street

Two French-registered cars which have been on Essex Road since January without moving. They are both currently listed for sale at a local second-hand car dealer, approx. 1/4 mile away. One of them has an MOT that has expired two years ago, based on the UK registration listed on the seller's website. The other is listed as having a UK registration that is not recognised by the DVLA.
