  • I had a chat with a neighbour. The house is empty and the owner lives in Leeds. The neighbour has been emailing him regularly to ask him to cut the hedge. The owner is trying to get the previous tenant (who moved out 9 months ago) to do it. In conclusion I doubt that the owner/tenant are going to do it. This path is used by children walking to the school and needs clearing. It is also difficult to exit Bassetsbury Lane safely as the hedge blocks the view of oncoming traffic. There was a fatal road accident on this corner a few years ago.
