I don't know what it was, but it been hit and is now broken leaving a hole that someone could fall down. If you can't find it this time then try looking harder

I don't know how you can say ( We have fully investigated your report, however, we have been unable to identify the issue.) Are your people blind? I think this is a good example of people not wanting to find any work to do!

  • First you said you could not find the hole and when you did find it, the only repair work I've seen was to put cones around it, which then got run over ? Then you send out questionnaires about how you should spend you money next year !

  • Not Fixed, But there are so many leaves on the side of the road you can't see the hole in the road anymore. When someone is hurt or a vehicle is damaged I will have great delight in giving them evidence of when it was reported to you.

Still waiting for you to repair. It was reported last year 7 September 2020. You said you could not find it, Then when you did find it, you said 5 Days to repair. So we wait. Now we have a new date. I am not allowed to be rude to you so I can say no more.
