Potholes on the pavement opposite 3 Lyndhurst Rd driveway

Dear Sir or Madam. We have three increasing in depth with every rain potholes on the pavement opposite of our entrance driveway 3 Lyndhurst Road, Chesham. One of pavement potholes got so big that it started damaging our car when we drive in and out. Could you please repair these three potholes as soon as possible. Thank you.
