Drain blocked just off the kerb on King Street at the junction with Germain St right beside a black bollard which is on the pavement. The drain has yellow lines over it.

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

This drain is still blocked, in fact there is even more silt in it as per the new photo above of 3rd Sept 2020. This is the 3rd or 4th time of asking for this drain to be cleared. All previous times the council has responded, thank you, and then has informed me that the work has been completed and the blockage removed. However, this is not the case. Despite all the work done down Germain St there is absolutely no difference to drainage in this area after any level of rain. Even with normal rainfall this drain gets blocked (see photo from 19th Aug 2020). Either the council have a good reason not to unblock this drain, would be good to know why, or there has been a problem with communication of the location of this drain. However, the previous work team were able to find it as they placed a bollard over it during the latest Germain St work, but unfortunately I didn't get a photo. FYI: The drains outside 52, 37 and 32A Germain St are also blocked. FYI: The previous report's reference number was 40138449 and the earlier work report number 40129599 Kind Regards Old Chesham resident
