The grass verge on the south side of Tower Road, along from Oak Tree Cottage
Reported in the Weed problem on the highway category anonymously at 15:32, Wed 16 September 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2297973.
The grass verge, bordering a field, has been planted with non-native hedging plants - alternating laurel and another plant that I could not identify. Earlier in the summer there was also an irrigation system to keep them watered but this has now been removed. The plants are not on the boundary of the field but set away in the middle of the verge and look completely out of place. Since an irrigation system had been installed earlier, I assume that the planting was done this year.
