Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2303955.
Red light out on Richmond facing Bedgrove - If someones view of lights on Bedgrove obscured they could miss the missing red opposite and enter onto Tring Road causing an accident.
(fixmystreet refuses to allow correct location so please ignore exact location on map)
