Beech tree opposite 26/24 Kingsmead Road, off side garden of 98 Abbey Barn Road

Reported in the Trees category anonymously at 16:29, Monday 21 September 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The Beech tree is located in Kingsmead Road, opposite 26/24 Kingsmead Road, and outside our side garden of 98 Abbey Barn Road. The tree is approx 100 + feet high and is encroaching over our garden dropping leaves and nuts over our garden, patio and driveway. Some of the branches are now nearly touching our property. We spoke to Kieran of TfB last week , who said he would check as to whether there was a TPO on this tree. Please inform us accordingly. Apart from covering part of our garden the tree also nearly covers the width of Kingsmead Road. The tree was here in 1993 when we moved here but has grown hugely in the past 27 years. We would like to tree to be lopped and reduced in height and width.
