Dangerous parking

This car, parks on the corner of quite a busy road, making overtaking it incredibly dangerous. I have had to overtake this vehicle and then slam on the brakes while another car comes around the corner. There is no where to park up and put a note on the car telling them to move it. The car is going to cause an accident if it hasn't already.
