Stratford Road - MK18 1NZ left of Cecils Yard - A drain cover was not put back properly after works were carried out here recently, as a result this constantly bangs as vehicles drive over it. This is constant all day and night and residents are very upset about the noise . Please can this be inspected and repaired ASAP thank you.
