Traffic lights from Marlow Hill onto Dawes Hill

The timings to allow cars from Marlow Hill to Dawes Hill are currently set at 12 seconds. This is allowing 3 to 4 cars across the junction at a time. At 5.15pm this evening this was causing long queues and unsafe conditions with cars crossing as the lights turned back to red.
