The zebra crossing opposite the vets

Reported in the Belisha Beacon broken category anonymously at 18:55, Mon 28 September 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Hello. The A413is a busy road now even busier now with HGV traffic but the road markings of zebra crossing are almost completely worn out. Lots of children use this crossing in the mornings and evening. It should be prioritised for remarking with the winter coming. Thank you.

  • Apologies. The map was an incorrect location. The zebra crossing is in Chalfont St Giles near the junction of Vache Lane and A413 (old Citroen garage/wheelhouse vets). I see it was reported on 25 August when the weather was much better. I hope the DCs priority list will recognise that this is a significant hazard to the safety of pedestrians as the bad weather sets in and traffic increases.
