Blocked drain

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2321407.
You said this had been fixed last month, I don't believe that this can be true as I pass this often and haven't seen any difference. Today there is a bit of rain, not heavy, and the photo demonstrates the issue. When we make the effort to report these things we don't expect them to be ignored and to be fare a lot gets done and I thank you for it. This street (Germain) is well known for flooding issues and so needs maintaining at regular intervals, not when it goes wrong. Lots of children walk past this on the school run and many drivers are not the most courteous at avoiding puddles, there are more many issues than just the main one, peoples homes flooding needlessly. Can you contact me privately and tell me who at the council is responsible for regular maintenance?
