Fence on entrance to car park is going to come down

The fence on the left of the entrance to the car park is very wobbly and is going to come down on cars if not fixed asap. Its the Packhorse road car park opposite M & S and the fence is the first fence panel on the left where the old recycling area used to be. It is in danger of damaging cars. Its been wobbly now for a couple of weeks and is getting worse.
