39 Lower Road, HP22 5XA

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 11:10, Sat 3 October 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

Surface water not draining away, flooding for c 200m immediately outside and either side of 39-41 Lower Road. From yesterday PM but worse overnight due to the heavy rain. Has been reported to your emergency number and the police given the danger caused by motorists driving through at speed. Last time this happened a car lost control and ended up on its side. The road should be closed. Also when this happened before there was a blockage in the drainage that leads to the outflow on the fields c 0.5 miles away. Can this please be investigated as flooding to this extent and so quickly implies something is very wrong.
