Opposite houses along nightingale lane with the temporary roadworks.

The temporary traffic lights along the end of nightingale lane where the road works are, (just before the double roundabout) are stuck on red a both ends with neither side changing. (Not sure of exact name of location - sorry). Lights were working yesterday evening when I was last there however today at 1.30pm they were not.
