Storm drain in cul-de-sac outside 43 Barnfield, Iver SL0 OAL
Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 17:36, Sun 4 October 2020
Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2324844.
Drain continually floods when it rains. It gradually subsides over a number of days. However, when it rains for several days at a time the pavement outside No 43 floods as does most of the cul-de-sac as photos demonstrate. Several inches of dirty water lay on pavements and roadway. Pedestrians have no alternative but to step into it when getting out of cars, walking along pavements and roadway.
This has persisted for many months. It seems that the drains in this area are rarely cleared out, otherwise this flooding would not happen as frequently and regularly as it does.
