Outside of the new pizza restaurant that has not made it clear in their planning application what they’re going to do with their rubbish.

A load of general rubbish appears to have just been deposited on the side of the pavement outside of these local businesses. I suspect it is from the new pizza business which, if you check their planning application has not made mention of waste disposal.
I include my letter to my councillors about the application dated 12/5/2020;
PL/20/0823/PNA3 Dear Emily,
I hope you’re well.
I write to you with regards to the above mentioned planning application.
As a resident of Broad Street I am concerned about the following and on these grounds object to the application ;
1. Hours of operation. We already experience a degree of anti social behaviour past midnight; I’ve made calls to 101 to report this. I believe this would increase.
2. Joseph Baum has alluded to it being a pizza place; we already have Rocce Pizza, Farmhouse Pizza and Pizza GoGo all within a 2 minute walk of the premises not to mention numerous other fast food businesses. It looks like Broad Street is becoming the “dirty” Street of the town often seen in larger towns, with less than attractive businesses lining the entrance to Chesham.
3. Litter and rubbish storage. As we both know litter is already a major issue facing the town; there is no assurance or acknowledgement that their rubbish will be secure, out of the way of the street or litter dealt with proactively.
4. Parking and traffic. Due to the other numerous fast food businesses in the immediate area and ZERO parking, there is already an issue with cars just pulling up on to the pavements and dangerous driving. I do not want to see an increase in this.
I look forward to hearing from you.
