This is outside 7 Bobmore Lane, opposite Great Marlow School. The kerb was dropped a few years ago and since then the surrounding tarmac has warped leaving a large bump and way to steep for cars to cross. Seems like it might not have been done according to regulations as the entrance is too steep. Regular cars bottom out when trying to cross the kerb. It should slope gently across the pavement but instead it's a large bump.

  • This has still not been looked at. The only cars that can cross this "speed bump" of a dropped kerb is high clearance 4x4s or crossovers. Not normal cars.

  • As evident by the indentation on the pavement where a car bottomed out!

  • This has not yet been corrected. Please investigate.

The kerb has not been built to legislation. It should be a smooth line but instead it's an oversized speed bump which regular cannot cross without bottoming out.
