Since the start of work by HS2 Ltd, the level of traffic on this bend (by the pond, as shown on attached photo by green marker), has increased significantly. This has led to multiple large potholes developing. At the very least the potholes need to be repaired but ideally a more substantial replacement of this section of road should take place due to the increased number of HGVs using it for access to the HS2 worksite.
