Within 5-10m from a junction with brunswick close.

This van keeps parking in this location fo a while now and it is causing hazard as there is very little space for cars to use when approaching the junction. When challenged the van owner is very impolite and threatning, he also claims that the police told him its ok to park there! The highway code ststes it is illegal to park within 10m from a junction. As you can see in the photos, there are multiple vehicles parked even on the actual junction. Please do something about it.
