Dear sir/madam
Tonight I have been over to help my 69 year old mother, Anila Panchal, who fell over on the corner of Como Road whilst walking back this evening from Henry Road, aylesbury via como Road, aylesbury to her house on Barnsbury Avenue, Aylesbury.
She has cut her hands severely and bruised her knees badly. She's also jarred her back. Needless to say she's in pain and bleeding. I'm sure she's going to ache more tomorrow. She was visibly shaken and upset.
This was going to happen sooner or later. There are so many roots sticking out from pavements around the Broughton area. Something needs to be done before something more serious happens and someone breaks a bone.
I look forward to hearing your solution on this matter soon.
Many thanks. Dipika Panchal. 07968 217380
