Stratford Road - Loose drain covers. 2 looser drain/ manhole covers need to be inspected and repaired. Constant loud bangs every time a vehicle drives over them all day. Very disruptive for residents. Previous reports of this issue from Jan 2019, April 2020, September 2020 but nothing has been done. If you come out to inspect you will clearly hear the constant banging. Please update me on the progress of this issue. Thank you.
