Frontage of The Harrow Pub and opposite property

Trust you are well.

I attended a site meeting with the developer of the adjoining housing estate today on a separate matter and have noted the following in relation to the Harrow Pub:

- Water piping laid in highway verge - Flower beds on highway land - Build out has been constructed on highway on the property opposite. (If memory serves, having spoken to the pub owner last year, she confirmed she owned/lived at the property).

I am unsure whether TfB has been in agreement with any of these works, however a would note that these flower beds are also not to highway spec and far too close to the carriageway edge which was the issue I picked up with the bollards last year. Clearly there are a couple of issues here which TfB/Bucks should be aware of. However, as this is outside my work remit I will leave with your capable hands to deal with.
