Large blockage of culvert resulting in flooding

Reported via desktop in the Blocked drain category anonymously at 11:46, Monday 26 October 2020

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

It seems that the culvert going under Penn Meadow is now fully blocked. This then leads to the garden of No 32 getting flooded and subsequently flooding out onto the road and across the road washing away drives and flooding homes. This has now resulted in more than one insurance claim and will need to be sorted prior to getting into the wetter months.
