Dropped kerb is too low allowing surface run-off from carriageway to flood 131 Chartridge Lane.

Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

This is a follow up to report 40136403 logged on 19th June 2020. With recent rain, flooding of private property has occurred again. When the road surface was overlayed recently, this reduced the effective upstand of the dropped kerbs. At this location the footway is also below carriageway level, so even with moderate rainfall all surface water in this area is not contained on the public highway and flows through 131 Chartridge Lane. The dropped kerbs and or footway levels need to be raised urgently.
