Road approaching "Tesco" roundabout from Milton Keynes direction along ring road

I find approaching the Tesco roundabout from the MK direction quite awful. The markings on the road lead to much confusion and drivers not used to them can be very dangerous. The problem is having a lane signed straight ahead and left (left takes you in the Tesco Lidl road) which suddenly changes so people in the left lane have to switch to the central lane at the last moment to go straight on. It is a disaster waiting to happen and why not fix it before it does?
