Sl9 9ql

Reported via desktop in the Litter/litter bins category anonymously at 13:17, Tue 27 October 2020

Sent to Buckinghamshire Council less than a minute later

I write you as the owner of 137 high street, sl9 9ql -the george building, currently the bodega tapas restaurant. this year is the third time our property is flooded due to the poor state of the drainage. you are responsible for a correct maintenance and cleaning, that flooding is caused by poor gully drainage and more that likely, flaws in the culvert construction. this flood happened on saturday oct 24, today the 26th still no one has come from the council to clean the road and clean up the drainage, tomorrow it will rain again! we have called several times and nobody takes solutions and tell us that they will do something soon? this situation is making us lose customers, we had many reservations canceled because the restaurant could not be accessible, we kindly asked the council to resolve the problem immediately but we will be forced to take legal actions and claim damages .
