18ft empty scaffolding lorry Left for over 3 weeks. Last week commercial cherry picker which was left parked and unattended no hand break on travelled driverless the length of Bassetsbury lane from similar parked position and smashed through a wall could have been fatal. This is residential not a over flow lorry park !
