Received by Buckinghamshire Council moments later

The alleyway runs from Bellfield Road, High Wycombe (next to the Auto Partz centre, Central Park Business Estate, Bellfield Road and exits at Hughenden Avenue (opposite Telford Way). The footpath follows the slope of a hill and when the weather is bad dirt and debris washes down and collects on the footpath in a significant amount making it difficult to navigate. The surface of the footpath has also deteriorated and prevents the surface water/debris from washing away. In my opinion, the footpath surface needs to be replaced. I have previously reported this problem and was informed that something would be done over the summer.
